Court appointed to act as a fiduciary for those deemed incapacitated. Guardians are required to adhere to standards of practice and ethical guidelines. - Federal Veterans Affairs Fiduciary
Appointed to handle the finances for veterans who are deemed incompetent to manage their own finances. - Eldercaring Coordination Ninth Circuit
State of Florida Ninth Judicial Circuit selected to assists elders, legally authorized decision makers, and others who participate by court order or invitation to resolve disputes with high-level conflict. - Mentoring New Professional Guardians
A Mentor is a person who has the knowledge or experience you seek. The Mentor will help with problem solving, offer ideals to develop and build the business. Maintain confidentiality and develop mutual trust and respect.
