Program Purpose: This course will familiarize the participant with a range of assessment exercises and techniques to ensure compliance and understanding of the various aspects of guardianship. It will provide the participant with the opportunity to develop techniques that can be implemented for person-centered planning. Will also emphasize the legal responsibility for timely reporting and disclosure of information limited to what is necessary and relevant to the issue being addressed.
